Production/Manufacturing Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your challenge

• You lead the production team
• You are responsible for production planning in close coordination with Sales and Procurement
• You are responsible for all production facilities and their maintenance
• The optimisation of organisational and technical production processes is important to you and an integral part of the ongoing improvement process
• Together with your team, you ensure our high quality in series production and are happy to lend a hand from time to time

 

Your profile

• Basic mechanical or technical training with further training as an operating specialist, TS operating technician, PPS process specialist, etc.
• You have a talent for organisation and a systematic, independent way of working
• You have management experience and experience in an equivalent position
• As a team-orientated, hands-on and communicative person, you are the right person for us
• You are confident in using MS Office applications and have good ERP knowledge (ideally ProAlpha
